India’s leading hydrogen fuel-cell manufacturer replaced manual records with a defence-grade, on-prem FSMS—gaining live asset visibility and faster fixes across 2 000 remote sites.
This project involved the development and deployment of a Field Service Management System for a leading hydrogen fuel-cell manufacturer in India, primarily serving the defence sector. With over 2,000 remote sites and a field workforce spread nationwide, the client faced challenges in tracking site visits, managing assets, and responding to maintenance needs in a timely manner. Our on-premise solution replaced paper-based logbooks and scattered Excel sheets with a fully digital system—enabling real-time ticketing, load monitoring, repair tracking, project oversight, and engineer management. The result was streamlined operations, faster issue resolution, and greater visibility across all field activities.
Our solution efficiently manages individual solutions and sites, including the creation of new solutions with detailed components and deliverables, asset tracking, and location information.
It provides comprehensive management of overall projects, tracking crucial dates such as expiry and contract timelines. With a streamlined ticketing system, users can create and manage tickets, monitor aging, priorities, and handle preventive, corrective, installation, and refuelling tasks. It also monitors asset loads to identify clients who may require new solutions, while effectively managing client queries for quicker resolution of concerns. Additionally, our system manages repair orders, tracking logistics for faulty assets, and maintains detailed information on engineers to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Yes, engineers can enter data offline during site visits. The system automatically syncs when connectivity is restored.
While designed for hydrogen fuel-cell infrastructure, the system is modular and can be adapted for other energy and industrial assets.
Yes, the Project Management module allows you to monitor expiry dates, contract timelines, and key project milestones.
Tickets can be categorised by type—preventive, corrective, installation, or refuelling—with priority levels, ageing status, and SLA tracking.
The Loads module monitors usage patterns and flags clients who may require new solutions, helping you identify and act on upsell opportunities.
This system is deployed on-premise in a secure, air-gapped environment—ideal for defence and critical infrastructure use cases.
Yes, the platform is modular and scalable. You can enable or extend modules as your operational needs evolve.
